If you have a Octagon sf8008 at home for satelite or cable receiver and you discovered similar to someone  is using remote control even if not ?

Yeah, the issue is related to a driver. 

Quick fix:

mv /lib/modules/4.4.35/extra/hisi_keys.ko /lib/modules/4.4.35/extra/hisi_keys.ko.bak
shutdown -r now

And now everything should work fine.
